We are delighted to invite you to the first session of the International Colloquium entitled "Tax Evasion, Corruption and the Distortion of Justice." The event, which will take place on May 19th, 2023, at 3:30 pm BST on Zoom, has been organized following the publication of the Special Issue entitled “Tax Evasion, Corruption and the Distortion of Justice” in the journal Law and Contemporary Problems. The articles of the Special Issues, which focus on the interconnections between corrupt practices and tax abuses, have been inspired by the findings of the European Commission-funded research project VIRTEU (VAT fraud: Interdisciplinary Research on Tax Crimes in the European Union).
