The University of Genova (Italy) and its Tarello Institute for Legal Philosophy welcome applications for enrolment in two of their post-graduate study programmes:
- Masters in Global Rule of Law & Constitutional Democracy, and
- Doctorate in Philosophy of Law and History of Legal Culture
Scholarships are offered. Applications deadline is June 8.
Advanced Masters in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy
This is an international programme taught by a number of well-known scholars in the fields of legal philosophy and constitutional theory.
Its 5th Edition will begin on November 2, 2015 and will be completed on October 31, 2016. It will focus around a) a four-week residential session in Italy, b) three on-line sessions with optional courses, and c) an individual research project. Lectures will be given in English and/or Spanish.
